Les Gets – the snow is coming and its nearly June!!

Hello from the Portes Du Soleil,

So our last title was ‘Winter in Les Gets is over….’ well it seems we tempted fate. We just checked Snow-Forecast.com to see when to whip out the speedo’s and it seems that nearly half a foot of snow is on is way this weekend, starting tonight!! We’ve only just packed away all our snowboarding and skiing gear and were about to buy some new summer tryes for our vehicles, seems we’ll have to unpack the thermals, put a hold on the tyres and contact mum for more PGtips!!

The Ski Season in Les Gets is over so bring on the Summer :)

Hello again.

After our busiest and most hectic of seasons (snow in the UK, Snow in the French Alps and Icelandic volcano’s!!) we are happy to be unwinding at PowderCab Towers in Morzine just round the corner from Les Gets.

We are though looking forward to a (hopefully) calmer summer and some warm sunshine when we’ll be mountain biking, walking, golfing in our local mountains of Morzine, Les Gets and Avoriaz. We may even go on a couple of road trips to Chamonix and some other mountain resorts in Italy, Switzerland and France.

Between having fun, we will of course be operating airport transfers between Geneva and Les Gets, Morzine, Avoriaz, Samoens and Morillon.
